RECREATIONAL NINJA CLASSES

Empire Ninja.  Where Kids Build Strength, Confidence and Resilience — One Obstacle at a Time.

Recreational ninja classes are a fun, challenging introduction to the sport of Ninja for kids ages 6-12.

Whether your child is brand new to Ninja or already climbing everything in sight, Empire Ninja’s Recreational classes give them a place to move, challenge themselves, make friends, and discover what they’re capable of.

Kids learn proper ninja technique to climb, jump, balance, swing, and hang, while developing problem-solving skills, perseverance, body awareness and confidence.

The result? Kids get stronger mentally AND physically; a win-win for kids and parents!

 EMPIRE KIDS Ages 6-8 Mondays and/or Wednesdays 4:30-5:20 PM

 EMPIRE PRETEENS Ages 9-12 Mondays and/or Wednesdays 5:30-6:20 PM

 EMPIRE YOUTH Ages 6-12 Sundays 9:00-9:50 AM
