This class combines instructional ninja and Open Play. Students are introduced to ninja technique and terminology to set a strong foundation from which to grow in the sport. Certified coaches demonstrate and guide participants through upper and lower body skills on obstacles such as cliffhangers, devil’s steps, spider wall, flying squirrel, slackline, rock climbing and, of course, the warped wall! As they learn, they will hone skills such as strength, balance, agility, problem solving, and perseverance. The second half of the class will allow students the chance to use their new skills during Open Play time.

Similar to our YOUTH FITNESS class, this strength and conditioning class perfectly complements a healthy lifestyle. Although this is not a ninja class; some ninja elements, such as balance exercises, will be mixed in with cardio exercises, body weight exercises, core training, and stretching to bring your workout to a whole new level!
