POLICY

PAYMENT, MAKE-UP, CANCELLATION AND GYM CLOSURE POLICIES

CLASSES

All sessions are 8 weeks long and enrollments are done on a rolling basis. Session dues must be paid in full prior to the start of class. We do not offer trial classes — the best way to see if ninja is a fit is to drop in on one of our class sessions. Late sign-ups will be prorated, but we cannot reserve or hold spots for ninjas unable to begin at the session’s start.

Ninjas who miss a class (due to illness, weather, or other unforeseen reasons) may make up up to two classes during the same session by attending another class in the same age group, a weekend warrior class, or open gym. Make-ups must be scheduled in advance via email. We do not offer refunds or credits for missed classes that are not made up within the same session.

If you must cancel your session entirely, we can issue a credit for future use — provided we are notified within the first two weeks of class. No refunds are issued after that period.

In the event of a government-mandated closure (due to Covid-19 or other circumstances), you will have the option to continue virtually or resume once we reopen. Refunds will not be issued.

OPEN GYM / HOLIDAY CAMPS

Preregistration is strongly recommended. Cancellations made with at least 48 hours’ notice will be eligible for a credit or refund (minus a processing fee). No credits, refunds, or exchanges will be given for late cancellations or missed sessions.

SUMMER CAMPS

Camps are booked by the week. Daily drop-ins are subject to availability. To cancel a week, please notify us at least 2 weeks in advance for a credit or refund (minus a processing fee). No refunds or credits are issued for missed days or cancellations made within two weeks of the session. We will make every effort to accommodate scheduling changes if possible.

PARTIES

All parties include 60 minutes of guided activity and games, followed by 30 minutes for food and cake. Base pricing includes 13 party guests (up to 30 max).

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. Cancellations must be made at least one week in advance for a refund. Deposits will not be refunded for cancellations made less than one week before the event. Rescheduling may be possible depending on availability. Final headcount and payment are due the day of the event.

All participants must have a completed Empire Ninja Waiver and wear closed-toe sneakers.

Please note: confetti, glitter, streamers, silly string, or similar items that create excessive mess are not allowed.

EVENTS AND COMPETITIONS

A $5 spectator fee applies to all guests attending league and non-league events.

  • Each athlete is allowed two (2) free adult guests.
  • Younger siblings are admitted free of charge.
  • Additional guests will be charged $5 each.
  • Athletes competing in a different wave on the same day are admitted free with proof of registration.

Spectator fees may be paid in cash or other accepted methods. We reserve the right to make exceptions for special events, which will be announced in advance.

COMMUNITY STANDARDS & RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE

We strive to maintain a positive, respectful, and family-friendly environment. All guests, athletes, and spectators are expected to behave courteously and follow the instructions of our staff. Disruptive or disrespectful behavior, failure to follow safety guidelines, or violation of our policies may result in removal from the premises.

Empire Ninja reserves the right to refuse service or admittance to anyone at our sole discretion if behavior is deemed unsafe, disruptive, or inconsistent with the values and atmosphere we aim to uphold.
