DEVELOPMENTAL TEAM
This class is ideal for ninjas ready to move beyond recreational classes. Athletes in this program focus on skill refinement, obstacle technique, and strength building in a supportive, team-oriented environment. The goal is to prepare each athlete physically and mentally for the opportunity to showcase their skills in a competition setting.
JUNIOR TEAM
Our Jr. Team classes are designed for those heading towards a higher level of competitive ninja. These classes provide more technical and advanced ninja instruction to improve upon skills taught in Recreational classes. Participation in league competitions is encouraged.
ELITE TEAM
This class is for our fully Competitive Ninja Team. Participation is based on a skills evaluation. This class provides high level, intense ninja training that will make your ninja a solid competitor in the various competition formats they may choose to participate in.
VARSITY TEAM
Our Varsity Team is for our older athletes training at a high level who are serious about competition. This class blends advanced technique, strength training, and strategic course work to prepare athletes for elite performance in the various formats of competition. Participation is by invitation or evaluation and includes goal-setting, accountability, and a strong team culture.
