SESSIONS
During these sessions, coaches assess the participant’s current skill level, strengths, and areas for improvement. They then design customized training plans focusing on building strength, agility, balance, and coordination, as well as mastering specific ninja warrior obstacles such as warped walls, salmon ladders, and balance obstacles.
The coaching sessions often include a combination of exercises, drills, and obstacle simulations aimed at enhancing the participant’s overall ninja warrior abilities. Coaches provide hands-on demonstrations, feedback, and corrections to help participants refine their techniques and overcome obstacles more efficiently.
